The risk of pregnancy
With all types of birth control, there is always the risk of unplanned pregnancy. Condoms are very effective in preventing conception. However, Planned Parenthood said that two out of every 100 women who used condoms from his pregnant even when they are used properly. Not Effective Against All PMS
Planned Parenthood noted that condoms are proven to be very effective against HIV and reduce the risk of other diseases, such as syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea and HPV. However, they are not able to provide protection against sexually transmitted diseases that can affect the outer layer of the skin, such as infections and mange moluskum kontagiosum. Social Health Association of America noted that although condoms can reduce the risk of genital herpes, they do not protect any part of the skin where the herpes virus asymptomatically shed and can be transmitted to sexual partners of the infected. In addition, not all condoms are created equal: natural skin condoms (Sheepskin) is an effective birth control measures but porous enough to allow the other to HIV and STDS are transmitted to a sexual partner.
Partner Resistance
Perhaps the most famous negative side effects of condoms is a sexual partner's resistance to using them.
