Viagra Can treat heart disease

The main ingredient in drugs ' strong ' Viagra, according to a recent research, useful as a treatment for heart disease.

Researchers from the Sapienza University in Rome to review a random controlled trialbetween January 2004 to may of this year, and found that the content ofphosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors (PDE5i) that block the enzyme PDE5, preventing therelaxation of smooth muscle tissue.

Increase the size of the known PDE5i hinder and change the shape of the heart in patients suffering from left ventricular hypertrophy, a condition that causes the muscles in the ventricles of the heart left Chamber/thicken.

The study was published in the journal BMC Medicine, found that the inhibitors viagraalso improves the performance of the heart in all patients with heart problems and has no negative effect for blood pressure.

"A large clinical trial is urgently needed now to build on the findings of this joyous," saidone of the researchers, Andrea Isidori, as reported by the Torontosun, Tuesday(21/10/2014).
